• Wright Inspired

Frank Lloyd Wright’s most lasting endeavor is his Usonian homes — a concept that was built on better more affordable housing in the mid-20th century. In 1936, Wright began designing about 100 homes that he called Usonian Automatics. He aspired to provide simpler living, accompanied by good design where elements like natural light and integration of the landscape would serve to provide delight to its occupants.

  • The Wright Way

Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian homes, the WrightHouse collection is a manifesto of contemporary architecture and affordable living. Situated in the burgeoning neighborhoods including Tampa’s North Hyde Park, west, Tampa and South St. Petersburg, WrightHouse creates a mecca of single-family home living with close proximity to urban cores. It's where people walk, bike, meet, explore, and enjoy year-round; a place with culture, character, and community where your investment will see appreciation.

  • Future Proof Design

WrightHouse is as architecturally innovative as it is timeless. Ultra-modern motifs, high-end appliances, and quality finishes provide the utmost level of perfection. WrightHouse features future proof design that will keep your investment functioning at the highest level. Some of its state of the art technology includes: low voltage wiring which includes all of your entertainment, security, and data needs; optional in-law quarters available; oversized yards suitable for a pool.

  • Sustainable Living

In the spirit of Wright’s Usonian homes, WrightHouse creates simple, stylish and sustainable housing that celebrates ingenuity and innovation. The roof slopes are optimized for solar panels and the garage comes with an electrical car outlet! The temperature can be controlled through a “smart” thermostat from your mobile device, and more. As an ode to Frank Lloyd Wright’s utopian vision, an economic and sustainable approach makes for a manifesto of contemporary architecture and affordable living.
